LEM CARNI: CONTROLLED MEAT, QUALITY CERTIFIED
Our passion is to guarantee only quality meat, since when giambattista lama opened the first lem butcher shop at only 17 years-old. From then, with the passing of time, lem carni has become a leading company in the meat trade for high-quality restaurants. The only thing that never changes is our aim: always assuring to our clients the best meat, day by day, steak after steak.
Since 2002, we collaborate with the department of veterinary of medical sciences from the university of bologna, managing its experimental slaughterhouse.
The department of medical sciences follows all feeding of lem chiefs inside our farms. Thanks to collaboration with the university of bologna, we have created wagyulem meat. Lem carni efforts can be seen every day in our farms. In addition, we constantly promote the research of cattle feeding, in order to obtain meat with exclusive taste and nutritional properties. To support our work, in 2006 the ministry of agriculture approved lem carni disciplinary, which regulates formulas and methods of cattle breeding. For us, produce high quality meat is not a mission, it is a big passion.
